Strongevity was created to change that. We’re a calm, welcoming strength & health studio in Stourbridge for adults over 50. We go at your pace, explain everything in plain English and build a plan around your joints, history and confidence so you can stay strong, steady and independent for years to come.

Start feeling stronger, steadier and more confident in your body in just six weeks. Across six weeks we assess where you are now, introduce you to small‑group strength training and help you feel noticeably stronger and steadier in everyday life.

For people who want to keep their strength, mobility and independence long‑term. After your first six weeks, most members continue in our Inner Circle. You’ll keep your regular session times, get ongoing coaching and check‑ins, and stay accountable to the habits that keep you strong.

Understand how your body is really doing, inside and out. From day one we check your strength, balance, mobility, posture and body composition. As an Inner Circle member, you also get annual bloodwork through our trusted partner so you can see what’s happening inside your body, not just in the mirror.

We keep things simple so you always know what to expect and can relax into the process.
Step 1 – Free Strength & Balance Assessment
Get a clear picture of where you are now with a free Strength & Balance Assessment. Come in for a friendly 1‑to‑1 visit. We’ll chat about your goals and health history, then run simple strength, balance, mobility and posture checks. You stay in your normal clothes and there’s no hard sell.
Step 2 – Your 6‑Week Strongevity Programme
Build early wins in your first six weeks so everyday movements start to feel easier. If we’re a good fit, we’ll walk you through how the 6‑week programme works and, if you’re happy, get your start date and class times booked in.
Step 3 – Ongoing Inner Circle Support
Keep those results – and build on them – with ongoing coaching and yearly health checks. After your first six weeks, you can choose to stay on in our Inner Circle membership. You’ll keep attending small‑group sessions, have regular check‑ins with your coach and, when it’s time, we’ll arrange your annual bloodwork with our partner.
We only work with over 50's, so everything from the exercises to the pace is designed with your joints, energy and confidence in mind.
